Bob has been Lead Pastor at NMCC since 1998. He is passionate about introducing people to Jesus and helping them get better acquainted.
He and his wife Kim have been married since 1983. Their children include daughter Sara (husband James Ramos) and sons Brandon (wife Megan) and Jacob. Bob also enjoys being "Poppy" to his adorable granddaughters! In his downtime, Bob loves to run. He has completed several mini-marathons and two full marathons. Robby came to NMCC in 2007 to serve as the Pastor of Discipleship. His passion is to help disciple adults through community groups, Bible teaching, and through ministry. His desire is that each individual, as they study and apply God’s Word, will become more like Jesus Christ and make an impact for His kingdom in this community.
Robby lives in Madison with his wife Chricket. Their children include daughter Rachel (husband Tommy Brolsma) and son Bart (wife Megan). They have been blessed with six grandchildren: Aubrey, Gabby, and Bailey Brolsma and Isaac, Ellie, Caleb, and Esther King. Robby and Chricket enjoy hosting community group, going to sporting events, and time with family.
Zack is one of the newest hires here at NMCC, accepting the position of Worship Pastor as of March 2019. His love for Christ and passion for music fuels him to strive toward leading others into the throne room of God through spirit-filled and scripturally sound worship experiences. Zack and his wife Lindsay met at Kentucky Christian University, they were married in 2014, and are blessed with three little ones, Sterling, Braxley, and Ryler.
Zack is a songwriter, an Ohio state football fan, and a game night enthusiast, who enjoys playing Madden. He enjoys roller coasters, wake boarding, Skyline Chili, and putting hot sauce on everything.
Brye joined the staff of NMCC in 2012. Prior to his employment, he was heavily involved in the student programs here. After displaying several leadership qualities, a passion for the Lord, and a desire to serve students right here at home, he accepted the invitation to join the staff of NMCC while completing his degree in church leadership and preaching at Johnson University. In May 2015, he married his beautiful wife, Meghan and they reside in Hanover with their son, Graham, and daughter, Quinn. He is also a funeral director and part owner of Lytle-Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service here in Madison. He has a desire to see the students grow in their own identity, develop new friendships, but most importantly, grow deeper in their personal relationship with Christ.
He enjoys playing the piano, attending theatrical performances and local sporting events, watching college basketball and football, and spending time with his family.
Garrett is a recent Hanover College graduate and joined the staff of NMCC in January 2018. He was NMCC's intern throughout 2017 and is excited for the opportunity to continue reaching students for Christ. Garrett works with Elevate Junior High and 412 High School Ministries, teaches DU classes for the youth students, and helps plan and organize all that goes into creating NMCC's youth groups.
In his spare time, Garrett enjoys fishing, building things, and eating all the peanut butter. Garrett is married to his beautiful wife, Sydney, and they recently welcomed a baby boy named Elias.
Jacob came to North Madison in June 2016. His passion is leading kids to Christ by spending time with them and teaching them about the love of Christ through activities and interactive storytelling.
He is married to his wife, Sarah, and they have a dog named Hotch. He is a big superhero and comic fanatic and enjoys collecting figures and graphic novels along with attending comic conventions. In his spare time, he loves watching and playing soccer and also enjoying outdoor activities like fishing and hiking.
Over the years, Lynn has served in many capacities in children’s ministry. When her own children were small, she began volunteering in Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. For nearly 30 years, she has helped children from toddlers through high school learn about the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Lynn loves developing relationships with the children she serves, their parents, and the volunteers who give their time in Ignite at NMCC.
She and her husband, Mickey, have three daughters and one son. They have also been blessed with 6 grandchildren. Lynn loves spending time with her family, serving the community through the NMCC food giveaway, and has a passion for helping children learn about Jesus.
Gordon joined NMCC in January 2008, became an elder in 2012, and joined the NMCC team as Administrator in January 2015. His past employment includes many years in management and leadership positions, which required excellence in communication skills. His energetic and encouraging personality is contagious. He loves people, loves his church, and has a true servant heart. You will always see him with a smile on his face and hear his unique laugh that cannot help but put you in a good mood when in his presence!
Gordon lives in Madison with his wife Debbie and their three dogs, Hope, Hank, and Hannah. They are blessed with five children: Samantha (Chad), Mandy (Taylor), Brent (Jamie), Sam (Chris), and Lucas; eight grandchildren (Macy, Bella, Olivia, Elliott, Carter, Natalie, Torrence, and Graham). Gordon and Debbie enjoy camping, hosting community group, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Mickey was born and raised in Madison and left in 1983 when his job took him to Seymour. Mickey moved back to the community in November of 2012. In March of 2014, he retired after 35 years in law enforcement. Mickey feels blessed to be working with the great volunteers who keep NMCC looking its best, and looks forward to helping ensure a safe and secure environment in which to worship.
Mickey and his wife, Lynn, have four children. Chandra, Rachel, Carly (Hal), and Michael. They also have 6 grandchildren. Mickey and Lynn enjoy spending time with their family, serving at the food giveaway, and spoiling their grandchildren every chance they get!
Kelly came to NMCC in the fall of 2010 to serve as the church secretary. She is the life-blood of the NMCC offices: keeping all calendars up to date, helping pastors stay on task, creating monthly newsletters, and tweaking weekly bulletins. She is the helpful voice you hear when calling the church office and the first friendly smile you see when you walk in the door.
Kelly lives in Madison with her husband B.J. and their two daughters, Leah and Hannah. As a family, they enjoy watching and playing basketball together, and spending time with their family and friends.
Sydney joined the staff of North Madison in 2017 as Secretary of Discipleship. She took on her current role of Discipleship Ministries Coordinator in January 2018.
Sydney is a 2017 Hanover College graduate with a degree in English + creative writing. She has a heart to help individuals grow stronger in their relationships with God and establish themselves in community. Her role at North Madison, which works to help organize and coordinate community groups/ministry teams, fellowship events, and Disciple University classes, fits that desire perfectly.
Sydney lives in Hanover with her husband, Garrett, and their son, Elias, as well as their mischievous cat named Pablo. In her free time, Sydney enjoys reading, creative writing, trying new recipes, spending time outdoors, adventuring with her husband, and gathering around the table with family and friends.
David joined North Madison in July 2019 as the technical director. He has a love for worship that started at a young age, resulting in him receiving a Bachelor of Science in Music and Worship from Cincinnati Christian University. During his time at CCU, he was involved with the chapel tech team and found joy in working behind the scenes.
David lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Jenna. Outside of church, David spends many weekends playing drums with different bands or spending time with his family and friends.
